It started over the back fence
One of our founders lives next door to a truck driver. His mate kept coming back to the same complaint: driving across the city with half a truck of empty space.
Meanwhile, plenty of people need to move goods that are bulky, unwrapped, and nowhere near a pallet. Hitchr puts the two together.

When do I pay?
Once a driver accepts your job. You see the price before you submit, and you can cancel at no cost before you pay.
Who are the drivers?
Independent truck drivers and small transport operators. We check every driver's identity, licence, vehicle, and insurance before they can take jobs.
Can I get an exact delivery time?
You choose a pickup window and a delivery deadline, and we match drivers who can meet them. Hitchr suits jobs with some flexibility. For urgent, strict time slots, a dedicated courier may suit you better.
What if something goes wrong?
Get in touch and a real person will help. If you raise a dispute, the driver's payment is held until we've reviewed it.
